You may return your unused, unlaundered products within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Most items are subject to a 25% manufacturer restocking fee. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual inbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
